Chef Gigi Sini's dream began in 1991 when, following the successes of his cuisine in Ploaghe, a small town near Sassari, he decided to invest in this wonderful establishment, bringing seafood cuisine to the foothills of Limbara.
Today, his project is carried forward with great commitment and devotion by his wife Caterina and his daughters Silvia and Virginia. It is a project in constant and continuous improvement to always efficiently meet the needs of the market and the customers.
